My programmes involve creating a schedule for you, that will balance both your work and fitness lives, as well as teaching you how to make the quick and easy recipes which helped me get into the shape I am now. I understand how hard it can be to reach one’s fitness and nutrition goals. It takes commitment, consistency and motivation, all of which I possess in abundance and will sure enough pass on to you!
I used to play competitive rugby for many years, competed in numerous Triathlons, Tough Mudders and the London Marathon. These experiences have made me who I am today- An enthusiastic and determinated man who will be supporting (shouting) at you every step of the way throughout your fitness journey.
